“good and pleasant service. Only remark would be that if you feel that what the customer wants ends up being above his budge then there should be more spontaneity in proposing similar but cheaper alternatives. This was done but only when I was actually able to speak to the company on the phone. provided the booking went through and the lodge is paid for... Its a great assistance and I would recommend you to a friend.”

“The booking procedure was seamless. Best part was that I was charged only a part of total amount when I booked initially and the rest of the amount was charged just one month before the actual reservation date. The staff is super-responsive on mails or calls. I still have to visit the hotel booked so I will review the hotel aspects after that but till now the experience has been great.”

“I must say. it was my first time contacting south African hotels and the lady that assisted me, was very friendly and she gave me a quotation within a few minutes of speaking to her via email. They booked everything for me for my vacation and all I had to do was pack my bags and drive to sun city (cabanas hotel) I will definitely be using them again soon. thank you so much. Molebogeng”

“The service is great from time of taking the calls, level of professionalism to prompt feedback in terms of reservation, payment proxessing and conformation. Must I mention that the price was the cheapest?? Oh yes it was, I know this because I was looking at two other "largest" online booking sites.”

“Phinda was the highlight of my three week trip to South Africa! What a fantastic place and adventure!! I have one suggestion to make after having been to another game park. It would be nice to have long tables to sit together so that it would be easy to interact with other guests. All of the guests are interesting and from other places so it would be nice to get to chat with them. Other than that it truly is a five star adventure!!!”
