Suppose to collect mattress last week and was told I would be emailed to give me a 3 hour window, no email and no one came. When I eventually got through to them online I was told they have no answers and it would be rescheduled to be collected. I rescheduled for this Thursday and now today they came without any notification, only my son was at home and the courier didn't know what he was even there to collect to tell my son and my son being 18 didn't have a clue either. So hopefully they cone back as scheduled tomorrow but I'm not hopeful.

my goods were supposed to arrive May 26. I can't trace my parcel, I can't get an update so I have cancelled my original order. This business should be out of business.

Extremely disappointed with XDP. My parcel (Tracking: 4B069AA81882) was scheduled for delivery on May 26, with a time slot of 12:20–14:20. The driver finally showed up over 3 hours late at 17:30, but even worse — the parcel wasn't in the van. I was then told it required a two-man delivery, even though the website clearly stated one-man delivery. No updates were given, no explanation, and no accountability. This completely ruined my bank holiday, caused unnecessary stress, and I've had no meaningful help from customer support despite multiple attempts. I've had to escalate the complaint to senior management directly. Unreliable, unprofessional, and no communication. I would avoid using this service again.

Was supposed to pick up a return and didn’t show. Don’t know whether to go after the seller or the currier’s for refund. It cost me 35 to collect but no show and I’m not pay in again.

Waited in all day for my parcel to be delivered as it was due today. This company didn't deliver as they were supposed too. I contacted wickes to chase the delivery up due to this company not having a contact number or email to make any contact, of course this company didn't get back in touch with wickes either. I wouldn't use this company if it paid me, one of the worst courier companies running in the UK

XDP didn’t deliver, paid for 24hour delivery, got a time slot but no delivery. No communication, no update, tracking showed driver in the same spot for hours (probably in a pub). They’re now closed over the weekend so cancelled order. Companies need to reconsider their delivery partners or keep losing business.

My item is 5days late. I have had no email from xdp at all, it's like my items just vanished? I have contacted them and had no reply. By the looks of most reviews they haven't got any better over the years I'm quite shocked company's are still using them.

Parcel left outside on the street for anyone to steal it when no one was at home all day. The delivery driver marked on the system that parcel was handed to resident.

two man delivery ordered and stated on invoice - only one driver arrived unable to lift furniture item alone ( Health and safety?)-not adequate notice of delivery - evening before. clearly states on box 2 man delivery required. terrible service

Had email yesterday to say my delivery was due between 6:58 and 8:58. No delivery arrived. Checked this morning on the pointless app and it’s still due for delivery. Phone number is a recorded message saying “we can’t help by phone, use the app. As the app does not update and the phone line is just as useless, XDP do not have any form of customer service or tracking. Worst courier company I have ever had the misfortune of being involved with.

I ordered items from the Range, and downloaded XDP app to track my goods. The goods have been at the depot for about 5 days, then I get 1 hours notice of delivery time, when I'm not available. Every time I try to leave delivery instructions the app closes down. The phone message doesn't allow you to pass on instructions. Frustrating and annoying!

Ordered a shed with 2 to 3 day delivery they had the the shipment on Monday didn't even try to deliver till Wednesday driver claimed he was running late so went back to the depot on Thursday ETA 5 to 7 I watched him go to Stourbridge on the app and not move again .

Wickes products can't fault them, very good. However the delivery service they use XDP is the worst delivery service I have had used. They tried to deliver it the first day, so I took two hours off work, not delivered. Second day another two hours off work not delivered. So this time I contacted Wickes for a full refund, and now I have to wait fourteen days for terrible delivery service to send the item back to wickes warehouse and then I get my refund. Fourteen days later and still no refund, this is a joke by this delivery company. So I phone up wickes on customer service and spoke to their customer service person and this has now been sorted it out. Money back in my bank account the same day, however XDP still charged me for a delivery for which they could not manage. I really hope Wickes find another delivery service, because XDP are a joke.

All seemed okay, they sent a delivery slot and even arrived to deliver it. They asked me what was being delivered and they said they couldn’t find it in the van. He came and knocked again and said he doesn’t think it is on there but also thinks it is (Which makes no sense.) He said he would move on to deliver to a house down the road from me and then come back to me to deliver mine. I have been waiting since 11am and it is 5pm as of the time I am writing this. There has been no communication, I cancelled plans to stay in and couldn’t do anything as I didn’t know when they would be back. There is no way of contacting them, no phone number given. Truly frustrating and disappointed with this.

You’ve lost my live plant parcel. Impossible to contact either by email or live chat ... that’s a laugh they read your message and then close the chat... You are building a reputation as one of the worst carriers I’ve ever dealt with... it’s a joke
