We waited in all morning for the delivery at the time given only to be told our package had been delivered,on talking to someone they said yes it’s been delivered but not at our address we told them , it had been left outside on a decking to all elements, the address was nowhere like our and we were lucky we could pick it up ourselves this company is the pits it’s peoples goods and money that is in their hands the drivers if the address is difficult just dump the parcels anywhere this is not good enough

I ordered a mattress from Vesgantti on 17/04/2026. According to the tracking information, XDP received the parcel on 20/04/2026. Today is 28/04/2026, and the tracking status still hasn’t changed, it only shows that the parcel was received, with no update or delivery date provided. To be clear, I still have not received my delivery. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that my neighbour ordered the same item on 16/04/2026 and received it on 20/04/2026 without any issues. This makes me question what is actually happening with my parcel. I have tried several times to contact customer support through the live chat, but it seems impossible to get through to anyone. Instead, customers are directed to call a phone number that charges 7 pence per minute, yet no one answers. You are left waiting while the charges continue to increase. This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. I understand delays can happen during busy periods like Christmas, but this is not the case now. It simply feels like the company has very little concern for its customers or their orders. In the future, I will definitely think twice before ordering from any retailer that uses this delivery company. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding deliveries handled by them.

XDP do not deliver goods on the given date. Do not answer emails sent regarding my delivery query. Worst customer service company

Probably the worst company I’ve had to deal with. Been waiting 4 days for a 24hr delivery from Wickes. XDP say the parcel is being prepared for delivery for the last 4 days. They do not answer my emails. They ignore any chat in their chat room. I would never choose this unprofessional, terrible, useless company again

If i could give -1 stars I would, Our furniture that we ordered was too large for one single delivery (its only a coffee table), so one package was given to Evri and the other to these clowns, it was ordered on next day delivery, Evricpicked up the order the day od my order and was at my door the following morning, xdp picked up the package on the day of ordering in the evening and I have still not received my order (4 days later), there has been no contact even after repeated emails, their app is so out of date its undownloadable, their tracking website hasnt updated once, TLDR; use a respected company like evri or DPD, not these clowns.

Absolutely disgusting company!!! Just left without any communication and forged my signature!! THEY NEED TO BE CANCELLED ASAP!!!!!

Received msg saying your delivery is next. Stood outside the door for 20 minutes. Just like the last time, no one came. The previous delivery arrived several days late and smashed to pieces. No wonder they didn't bother to deliver it earlier! Wouldn't trust them to deliver logs!

Beyond useless, customer service is impossible to reach and after 2 failed deliveries (photos of attempted deliveries were sent, none of which were my property) I requested a refund from the seller, I will never use XDP again!

Had a delivery guy who was so rude and not even ready for the job. Was on the balcony when I saw him pull his van and knowing I was expecting delivery, I went to the door to wait for the bell so I cld let him in. He rang, I unlocked the door but he claimed he couldn't open the door and asked that I come down. I asked my partner to go down and told the delivery personnel to ring again so I cld at least let him enter. Next thing I know, he's picked up the item and headed for the van. Went to the balcony and asked him why and he was so rude and left. This happened in a span of not more than 5mins, I live on the 3rd floor. How am I supposed to just appear on the ground floor to receive an item if the delivery person is not willing to wait for at least 5mins. This is the second time I have experienced this with this particular person, he seemed so unhinged every time I have met him. Just ridiculous

Absolute joke this company The driver was literally 6 miles from my house today and instead of delivery my parcel which I ordered from The Range he just notified me by email saying he attempted the delivery but failed cuz no one was in. The driver whose name is Carlos.

Received parcel was paid to deliver in 2-3 working days - Customer checked when delivery date was missed to be told another day in 3 days time - Still no delivery - No customer service at weekends.

Shocking. Failed to deliver two times now. Can’t contact or speak to anyone. Can’t believe any company would use them as a delivery company as it affects their reputation. How do they stay in business.

They will not collect my parcel even though collection slots have been booked. Email says driver on their way then - nothing. Ordered a faulty TV through Very, 1st collection booked - they provided an ETA but no show. Checked the link they provided and it said the parcel had been collected. Phoned Very and booked another collection through them. Again ETA provided and no show. Bored of waiting in for them. Very cannot contact them they say only book another collection, but they said they can use another parcel company. Online chat is rubbish on XDP. Will never order a large item again through Very or touch XDP again.

Received delivery this morning, unfortunately I have a damaged shoulder, Nathan the driver was extremely helpful and carried both large packages in for me. 1St class service

This has to be one of the worse delivery companies in the Uk. The contact number message says that they are unable to update on delivery and you need to contact the supplier???? What’s the point in that Wayfair are not going to know where YOUR driver is!!!! Morons

Have had the most infuriating day in recent memory dealing with this devil may care firm via Very. The incident, which did take up my entire day and preventing me from other much more important things, led to my cancelling my order and closing my Very account. Where to begin? Probably with the text message I received as I sat near the front door of my house telling me that they were unable to deliver my large item. I ran out of the door like a maniac to see if, per chance, they might still be on my street. Of course they were long gone. I then became involved in a seemingly endless round of frustrating and demeaning exchanges with their chat bot. This went round and round and round, as I had discovered that by agreeing to press 'Call' in order to speak to a human being, I was just being teased. The hideous music played on and on. Eventually someone spoke to me. They then said that I would have to speak to someone in 'Tracking'. Oh no, I said, wise to them all by now. I cannot access the tracking number as I am on the phone, so I am sure that they will not speak to me. i was assured that they would have all of my details to hand. Sure enough, this was not the case, as I had known from the start. This crazy round of frustration went on for far too long. i do not know how I eventually spoke to a reasonable sounding man who was able to cancel the order and close my account, but this just happened a short time ago. An entire day of inconvenience, bad music, AI inanity, terrible customer service like no one would ever believe or understand. What on earth possessed the driver to pull up here with my much wished for item only to (perhaps) lightly tap on the door and scamper off? What did he/she/they gain from this exercise? Very have lost a customer. I am more misanthropic than I was at the start of the day. I cannot complain enough. :(:(:(
