Only putting 1 star because you have to… absolutely AWFUL service. I ordered a 5 piece bedroom set, the reason I ordered online was because I could not carry it! Almost 80kg of stuff, and I’m a small woman. Delivery driver called to say he was outside and to come get my packages, I explained there’s a lift in the flat and I will let him in, he then told me he cannot because it’s all a 2 man job (why you would turn up ALONE to a 2 man job is beyond me) and I said that if he isn’t willing to unload it and bring it up alone then how can he expect me to do the same? And he said “either come and get your parcels or I’ll take them back I don’t care”!!!! Absolutely disgusting service, rude drivers, disgusting company. Will avoid ALL sellers who use this company and I advise everyone does the same!

1 star because I had to leave at least 1, there should be a - star for companies like these. They have be sorting my parcel for 1 week and still nothing customer service charge you in addition to the phone charge so they are actually making money with your complain. My advice take your own parcel yourself on a bike and you will be quicker than this company

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Awful worst delivery service I have ever come a cross!! One week since my delivery was supposed to be here and multiple days I have takes off work and different days / so called “2 hour delivery times “ allocated to me never happened! They THEN had now tried to deliver 3 hours early from their Second delivery day/ time so obviously no one home as you give up a time I expect it within that time. No way of contacting them if you didn’t order the delivery yourself through them I’m am now still waiting Absolute nightmare company AVOID! Rude drivers too was told we tried to deliver this morning I said your time days 3:30pm only to be time we are out of your area now we came 3 hours early and I might get my delivery some time next week!!! Awful service

This company is a fraud! I waited all day for my parcel, although delivery time was between 11:00 and 14:00. No one showed up! However at around 21:30 their system was updated with information that my order was delivered at 20:51! This is ridiculous!!! I just couldn't believe it, I even went to my front door to check again because I thought they might just have decided not to press my door bell at night. Avoid this company at all cost if possible. I've never heard of them prior to placing this urgent order and paying for delivery. Only for it to happen that the company I ordered from might have been looked at cheaper but rubbish and crappy delivery partners. I am still waiting for my "delivered" items.

Today at exactly 8:31am I have received a message stating that my order will be delivered between 3:30 pm to 5:30pm. I had to reschedule my day for it to be done. I was at home from that time till 5:30pm but no-one turned up. It is only at around 20:42pm that I have received a phone call from XDP's delivery driver requesting to come outside in the street to collect my parcel, I told him I am 8 and half moth pregnant and cannot do that also I ordered home delivery for a reason. He told me there is nothing he can do and that he is going back with the item, hence I have not yet received my parcel. Very disgusting company!!! AVOID!!!!!!!!

Disgusting unprofessional company! I have booked 5 times collection and 5 times they have let me down! No contact, no email, no phone call, no explanation whatsoever as to what's going on!! I have wasted 5 days of my life waiting for these morons!! Please DO NOT USE THEM!! You will be wasting your time and your money

Day 1 no one turned up and then email card in the evening to say attempted to deliver . Which was a lie as we were in all day and CCTV footage showed no one came to property. Day 2. No one has turned up again after rearranging, Just waiting now for the attempted to deliver lie again. Have messaged twice no response and dont even try the the live chat. Always says no is available and will join shortly. Logs you out after 30 minutes of waiting I have spoken to the supplier secret labs and have given them all the details. I will never order anything again that uses this courier. Also suspecting a lot of the positive reviews are from XDP. Everyone seems to mention "Stephen" across all review sites!

Ordered a bike from futuraride on 12-11-21 to be collected and delivered to me! Checked updates for delivery, none what so ever!! How will i know when my parcel will arrive????? Even futuraride can't contact them!! Not gud!!!

I had one delivery driver who was very disrespectful and he did not help me take my goods into my house and asked for a tip !!

Have had to press star to write review…00000 stars from me…there service is absolutely appalling…how anyone can use them is beyond me…there customer service is as bad…I have sent 3 emails and they haven’t responded to one…disgusting!!!!

Terrible service, contact , app , delivery all awful / non existent. Items not delivered as apparently I refused the parcel 😂. Checked cameras no vehicle entering site at all. Awful avoid at all costs. Total scam artists.

I had missed a delivery today -24th August 2021 (which was my fault as I didn't hear the door) I called XDP (Brierley Hill base) and spoke to a lovely and very helpful lady who said I can collect it if I wish. She then kindly called me back and to save me a journey the driver - STEPHEN at Brierley Hill depot (DEPOT ID 432), offered to redeliver before going back to the warehouse! Just amazing service! The staff really do care about customer service and they go out of their way to ensure they help you as a customer and are highly reliable. I highly recommend XDP and especially my more local depot as clearly the staff deliver an excellent customer service, with a helpful and professional attitude. Thanks again to the lady I spoke to over the phone and to STEPHEN the delivery driver for XDP. I will definitely use their services in future!

I was not in for 1st delivery so went on app to change date to a suitable day that would suit ME! Only gave me 1 date to select..I knew I would not be home this day so as the LIVE CHAT on app is total rubbish..and no1 ever available or it just continue to buff and say Please wait! I sent an email to say that date is not acceptable and need to select a diff 1. I heard nothing all!! They tried to deliver on that day and was returned to warehouse. Well today I have received my item!! Seem like has to be a day that suit them...not the customer!! And Omg...the state of it! If I had seen it before the condition it was in i would not have signed!! According to the delivery driver it was damaged at warehouse as there was a problem there! ..it is a 12ft pool with accessories..I am unable to set up at this time to see if anything is missing! Absolutely disgusted with this service!! Not happy at all and seem impossible to talk to any1 from this cowboy delivery service! I highly do not recommend this company!! I want to talk to someone about this but all the times I've tried the past few days I doubt this won't get a response either!!

Failed delivery NO SHOW. LIARS. Say attempted delivery "carded". No card left at property. Property occupied at fake delivery time. Zero is too high -10 is about right.

had a delivery slot for today only received email at 5.46 pm to say it should be delivered today between 7.01 am and 9.01 am did not arrive today tracking stopped at 5.34 pm no further updates. no phone call cant contact the m this place3 should be listed as a rogue trader why a company like ALDI deal with this shower of criminals is beyond me. ALDI will probably lose a lot of online customers if they stick with this shower

I hate even giving them 1 star....absolutely rubbish! Impossible to contact, lie through there teeth, and two weeks later still waiting on my parcel. Bizarrely, even my supplier cannot call the account manager to sort the issue - they have to email! Keep getting 'carded' even though no card, and never turned up as I've always been in, not to mention there is instructions to leave delivery elsewhere. I won't use the company again if they continue to use XDP! So the wait continues.........

I consider that XDP are owned or affiliated to Aldi.... as nearly every item you order online “ goes missing” and bizarrely Aldi seem ok with this. If its not with you in 5 days Aldi tell you it is considered a “lost item”... and again bizarrely Aldi ask you if you would like them to “chase” the missing item... which takes two days and NEVER finds” the item. Surely they would want to stop their courier stealing from them, themselves??? I have discovered that “lost” means that Aldi have taken more orders for their hallowed “specials” than they know if they can deliver on.... and if you are after cut off number... your item becomes “lost” to hide this scam. I say scam as you cannot get your money back for up to 21 days ( on top of say the 3 weeks they have already had it). The next part of the scam is that they then refund you your money minus the delivery charge you have also paid. When you call to ask for delivery to be paid back they say.... It must have been a mistake..... every single time. How much do Aldi make out of this scam in a year. My opinion is... do not use Aldi or XDP unless you are comfortable being taken in by a very very large scale scam. I currently “await” ALDI corporate responsibility/legal department getting back to me. Ps only marked as 1 star as no option for a zero ( obviously again for a reason).
