“It is difficult to put into words how bad this company is. How unreliable they are and the lies they tell. They always wheel out to old 'we tried to deliver, but you were not in, so we carded you'. I was working out the front of my house all day yesterday and strangely I received an Amazon delivery ok. I never left the front of my house for a moment, and my wife was also home all day, as we are, you know, in lockdown!
This is the second time I have had the misfortunate of dealing with XDP, and this is the second time I have had issues. The App is a complete waste of time, unless you are unsure of your home address, as that is all it shows you.
I will NEVER again purchase from a company that uses XDP as their courier. I will be writing to Powerhouse Fitness to tell them this and point out the nothing but negative reviews all over the web. XDP are a disgrace, and tarnish the names of good businesses. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not use.”
“Recently ordered garden sofa from Aldi online. Found out XDP were delivering, at that point I realised our order wouldn’t be coming as XDP did the same thing with an eBay order. They don’t deliver and lie about attempting to deliver.”
“Twice i have goods failed to be delivered by this company when they say they are going to. they make it impossible to contact them, i have been trying for four days via live chat to find out where my goods are, today as with other days i have been waiting 45min so far and if it is anything like other days it will just disconect shortly. “Really bad company and i thought hermes/evri was bad this company takes the gold medal everytime ordered a lazy spa through b&m online first couple of days there was updates until it got into there local depot was assigned to a route twice in 11 days had enough as there own customer services could not help they said contact the shipper after a few more day's nothing was happening cancelled the order got money back a few hour's later xdp told b&m customer services the lazy spa was lost in depot big heavy box to go missing but to the person who is enjoying the spa in your back garden in the lovely weather have a cold beer for us”

“Only putting 1 star because you have to… absolutely AWFUL service. I ordered a 5 piece bedroom set, the reason I ordered online was because I could not carry it! Almost 80kg of stuff, and I’m a small woman.
Delivery driver called to say he was outside and to come get my packages, I explained there’s a lift in the flat and I will let him in, he then told me he cannot because it’s all a 2 man job (why you would turn up ALONE to a 2 man job is beyond me) and I said that if he isn’t willing to unload it and bring it up alone then how can he expect me to do the same? And he said “either come and get your parcels or I’ll take them back I don’t care”!!!!
Absolutely disgusting service, rude drivers, disgusting company. Will avoid ALL sellers who use this company and I advise everyone does the same!”
“I consider that XDP are owned or affiliated to Aldi.... as nearly every item you order online “ goes missing” and bizarrely Aldi seem ok with this. If its not with you in 5 days Aldi tell you it is considered a “lost item”... and again bizarrely Aldi ask you if you would like them to “chase” the missing item... which takes two days and NEVER finds” the item.
Surely they would want to stop their courier stealing from them, themselves???
I have discovered that “lost” means that Aldi have taken more orders for their hallowed “specials” than they know if they can deliver on.... and if you are after cut off number... your item becomes “lost” to hide this scam.
I say scam as you cannot get your money back for up to 21 days ( on top of say the 3 weeks they have already had it).
The next part of the scam is that they then refund you your money minus the delivery charge you have also paid. When you call to ask for delivery to be paid back they say....
It must have been a mistake..... every single time.
How much do Aldi make out of this scam in a year.
My opinion is... do not use Aldi or XDP unless you are comfortable being taken in by a very very large scale scam.
I currently “await” ALDI corporate responsibility/legal department getting back to me.

“No communication whatsoever. They do not reply to emails. If you try telephoning them, you just get a message saying “we are not accepting telephone calls”. 10 days after they picked up my parcel from the warehouse, l still have no idea when or if I will ever receive my parcel.
They send you a consignment number for you to track your parcel, and in the small print, they tell you that your consignment number will not be trackable until they have delivered your parcel - in other words, they send you a tracking number that is utterly meaningless, pointless and unhelpful to you. It’s difficult to find a more incompetent company than this one.

THE MAP SHOWED THE DRIVER AT THE SAME ADDRESS ALL EVENING AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE MAP DISAPPEARS. NO EXPLANATION. SO I RING THEM USING THE NUMBER I WAS GIVEN BY VERY AND IT TAKES ME TO A CALL CENTRE IN THE PHILIPPINES. THEY CANT EVEN TELL ME ANY INFORMATION OR OF IT WILL TURN UP TODAY. THEY TRIED TO CONTACT XDP DIRECTLY ONLY TO BE SENT TO VOICEMAIL MULTIPLE TIMES. STAY AWAY FROM XDP. IT SEEMS VERY DODGY TO ME AND ALL THE NUMBERS I HAVE BEEN GIVEN ARE MOBILE NUMBERS WHICH IS INSANE THAT A HUGE COMPANY LIKE THIS DOESN'T HAVE A MAIN PHONE LINE ATTACHED TO IT
