“The small bandanas are a tiny bit too small to tie, but the next size up is huge and way too big. The designs are wonderful but the sizing is a little wrong. Maybe increase the range of sizes available?”

“Bought a clock for my partner for Xmas, The clock was of good quality but it did not work ,tried new batteries with no success,but last night it started working and appears to be fine now”

“Tilly is delighted with her personalised blanket and bowl! Friendly staff and superb customer service. Both items arrived damaged but this was quickly sorted by Pip, but obv would have been more impressive to have been perfect the first time. I think the goods are a tad pricey although i did have a discount from an email which helped. Overall we are very pleased, and I think the idea of a custom shop for your dog is so cute! Well done 👍 and thank you”

“I like the Yappy store, there’s lots of great personalised items, however there needs to be better variety of dog images on the site. For instance something is wrong with the cockapoo pictures as the tail is much too short and the colouring isn’t quite right. Perhaps there can be a “Bitmoji” style of customisation for your dog. Fortunately for us labradoodles and cockapoos look very similar so we were able to choose some items from that section. It does unfortunately mean that those with the word labradoodle couldn’t be purchased. Overall the quality is very good and we like the personalised calendar and apron. Bailey didn’t really like his dog beer but then has never been a heavy drinker! We will probably by again depending on the breed specific pictures.”

“Loved the product (Wooden oval clock) made really well and looks the part. The only thing I would say it would be nice if you could choose your own colours e.g. my dog has grey ears so would love to be able to select different parts the colours he is! Thumbs up overall”

“Having been sent the wrong colour tea towel initially, the customer service were fantastic at sorting out the problem and sending a new one out. The custumer service were quick to respond to the emails. They have great products as I have bought other things from them and have been of good quality.”
