I bought a collar for my dog on this website, it did take a long time to come but i understood that due to covid-19. Once it came i was very happy with it but just after a couple of days the collar had split and now the name on the collar isn't clear. It is quite disappointing due to how lovely the collar was just a shame it didn't last:(

Unfortunately there was a misspelling in the name however in your email it is with the right name... I was really looking forward to surprising my friend and now I’m stuck with a product that I can’t use. Sorry!

Was pleased with products purchased until this latest order. A collar purchased was to big and have not received any response to my email requesting either a refund or different collar.

A long ordering process and with 2 dogs’ names involved the whole process was repeated twice not able to combine. I had thought that with all the questions asked about the dogs that their names might have been on the gift but no. Would not be using this website again. Sorry. You could have done so much better

I have had a look into this for you and can see the order was placed 13/02, we do advise that you should allow 48 hours for your card to be printed and shipped and then a further 24 hours for delivery. I can see that your card was created within the time frame that was specified when the order was placed and I can only apologise that this was missed when ordering. Fine as a novelty/laugh, but the socks are terrible quality; they're scratchy nylon-type material and just a tube with a sewn up end - no shape for your toes or heel. Sorry - I wanted to like Yappy products, but really feel robbed - nobody would actually wear these. I won't be ordering from here again.

The Apron arrived on time, but it was supposed to be personalised with the names of the dogs on it, but the names were missing

Having looked into this further for you, I can see the particular design you have ordered does not come personalised with your dog's name, and does only feature your chosen icon only. The neckerchief falls off because its small and tight around his neck and the material is cheap, he is a small dog a shihtzu so a large was too big, so gutted at that, also the cushion is tiny for the price was shocked...will not be shopping here again.

I have taken a look into your order and can see that the small bandana was ordered, we do have the option for you to choose the medium size for a Shih Tzu and we also have a size guide to help you with your decision, along with the bandana measurements which are located in the product description. Only half my order has arrived and it's been 10 working days. There is limited Comms from yappy in terms of individual items being dispatched or delivered. Considering the price you think the service would be better! Shame as I had high hopes for this brand!

At present we do not currently send out dispatch notifications, however this is something that is currently in development as we do understand communication is key when it comes to order updates. In the meantime, you can always check the status of your order within your online account with us where tracking information is also available. On this occasion, it does appear your missing items were created and shipped within the specified time, however were not received by yourself. I tried several times to purchase Christmas things on your site. I also sent you many emails as I couldn’t get past my basket and could not secure any of my orders but had no reply from you. Sad really as I think there are many customers out there who would like to support your business.

Delivery of goods in time for Christmas was very bad. I just received an item I ordered at the beginning of December and missed Christmas!

I have looked into this further for you, and can see that at the time your order was placed the delivery expectation was advised that your bandana would be created and dispatched the week commencing 6th January. I was disappointed with my order - I ordered a black labrador mug but was sent a chocolate labrador mug. There was no delivery note or information about how to send it back if not satisfied. I have kept the mug but it is really the lack of information that is my main gripe.

Although the products were good the service was terrible. Late delivery at Christmas time causing me to worry about whether it would arrive in time. No phone number to use only an online chat which isn't answered for at least a day

Terrible customer service. Realised I'd made an error with my order so straight away sent an email asking for help (this was at about 10pm Sunday night). Got an email on Monday aftenroon asking me to confirm my full name and delivery address before they could handle my query, which I did straight away. Never heard back from them. I am aware I made the mistake in the first place but the lack of response was disappointing. Even to get an email back saying there was nothing they could do would have been better than being ignored.

One of my items was missing from my tracking and I believe it was forgotten about, which I’d ordered at the beginning of December, it was only posted when I’d emailed on the 20th to remind them it hadn’t which isn’t acceptable when you pay so much for delivery. I ordered a apron and though the graphic on it was how it looked online, the quality of the fabric did not match my expectations, it felt cheap and the straps were made from cheap cotton tape rather than a stronger webbing that you usually get on good quality aprons. Unfortunately due to my dissatisfaction with my order I don’t think I’d be ordering from here again.
