“I was delighted when my 2 beautiful personalised dog beds arrived 2 weeks ago. I washed both beds for the first time yesterday and both the zoos have completely broken leaving the beds useless. The beds were over £60 each. I am so upset about this and so are my dogs. I would like to know what Yappy are going to do to rectify the situation”

“Products great - website inefficient. Couldn't place an order using a debit/credit card. Had to get someone with a PayPal account to do it for me.”

“I ordered three items from Yappy. Whilst I was very happy with the quality and speed of the first item I received, the second parcel has still not been delivered. I ordered at the beginning of December. I received an email saying that it was on its way to the courier depot and since then have heard nothing and have been unable to get in touch with anyone to ask for a refund. Sorry to say I won’t be using Yappy again.”

“Yappy delivery went to the wrong address. Customer service never replied to my email I had to go hunting for it. It was left at a neighbour to where I work who hates the company I work for so that was fun! The blanket is terrible quality it has lost big patches of fluff, it won't last if a dog sleeps on it. The tea towel and clocks are nice.”

“I love the site and its products, but I was let down hugely on delivery. I ordered a cushion, a notebook and a Christmas card. The cushion arrived no problem via courier, however the notebook and card, sent by Royal Mail, never arrived. The card was refunded and the notebook resent, but again never arrived and I was then refunded on the notebook too. We didn’t come to any conclusion as to why delivery didn’t occur. A real shame, as the site and products are great, but this puts me off ordering again.”

I have looked into this and I can see that your original order was shipped 17/12 and your replacement was shipped 08/01 As this did not reach you, we did have to put this parcel down as lost in transit and a full refund was provided for you.
