“Apron I brought was great, loved by the receiver. Not sure why you needed to know the dogs name? Also, I thought delivery was a bit long, although in the time frame - thought it took rather a long time? It arrived on the last day quoted. Thanks.”

“Very high quality products (ordered the ‘Where’s [dogs name]’ books and an apron. I’d say just design more dogs! My blue staffy could have been a little better if you had a little more variety/personalizable options! Other than that - loved them!”

“The personalised products are good but communication and guidance re dispatch and delivery was frustrating. My order arrived in 3 separate deliveries over 17 days and no correct tracking information was provided and only when I queried missing items was I informed that the missing items would be arriving in a 3rd separate delivery. Pleased with items overall.”

“Everything was great, but the one big problem was I could only choose the jack Russell because that’s what my dog looked like. I’d suggest letting the customer pick an emoji from the entire list and then tell you what breed it is. The book had Jack Russell written in it but my dogs a mixed breed. There’s no point in buying a book that doesn’t look like my dog so I had no choice but to opt for Jack Russell. You guys really need to make the options wider on the search rather than a limited choice to certain breeds especially the mixed breeds. Still loved the product though and will buy again. Many thanks.”

Dear Richard Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your recent pawchase with us. We do have a generic version of the book available to purchase, in which it states "The Canine Times" rather than specifying the breed. That way you can select an alternate icon whilst keeping the name of the incorrect breed out of the book. I am sorry if this was missed when ordering, and I will pass your comments regarding mix and matching the breed names & icons on to our design team for consideration. Best Wishes Rhian
