“We are very happy with the products. I wished that could have 2 dogs on one product as we are a 2 dog family.”

“Lovely card, arrived quickly and is good quality. The only issue is I wish I could get all 3 of my dogs on one card, but there's no facility for this.”

“i was a bit disappointed with the picture of the dog as it looked more of a corgi but otherwise it was lovely and came super quick”

“Have had really short shipping times in the past, but my most recent item took nearly a month to arrive. It's a dog treat tin, so not the end of the world by any means - but may want to consider ordering extra early if you're getting a gift for someone. That being said, I've also had stuff arrive in a week. Always good quality and exactly what I ordered.”

I'm afraid due to the current pandemic we have been experiencing slower dispatch and delivery times as we have been following the strict guidelines outlined by the Government regarding Social Distancing. “My only criticism is I didn’t receive a dispatch notice - normally this wouldn’t bother me but as it was a gift I was keen to check when it would arrive. Otherwise I had a fantastic experience with Yappy. Unique gifts for furry friends and their humans, brilliant quality and quick delivery!”

“Some problems receiving items on time, appreciate unusual times but a more realistic eta at time or ordering would be helpful. on saying that, on emailing Yappy response times and quality of responses from Rian and colleagues were excellent”
