“Great idea and love the amount of options you have but personally I do not think the quality of the materials reflect the price you pay but that’s just my opinion. I had to send a clock back as it was faulty but the service was excellent when replacing it, so can not fault the customer service at all.”

“Fantastic selection of products available and great quality. Only issue was when ordering an item as a gift there was no option to add a note so the recipient didn't know that the gift was actually from us.”

“Was disappointed as card arrived late for Ollies woof day, it was obviously more for my Grandkids to open on the day... l had paid for first class post so it would be here by 18th April never got it until 23 rd April, l know post has been delayed due to Coronavirus but still dissatisfied..”
