“I am very happy with my order just one little problem I have had which it may not be to yourself am still waiting for one things still to come but under the circumstances we are all going through it can't be helped but I love the things I have order in the post and will definitely be ordering again thank you”

“I have used yappy a couple of times now and been generally happy. One criticism this time though is that I purchased an over the shoulder doggy bag, and even though I’m not exceptionally tall the strap isn’t long enough even when fully extended. As it’s stitched on it can’t be swapped and to honest if it hadn’t been personalised I would have returned it. As it is I don’t think it’s going to get used. Shame, as it’s a good bag.”

“My order arrived beautifully packaged & I was impressed with the quantity & quality. I rated 4* instead of 5* because the treat tin lids don’t fit properly, but otherwise my doggies love what they’ve had so far! I’ll definitely be ordering again.”

“Great card the only reason for 4 not 5 is they forgot the envelope which I did receive a very apologetic e mail & the envelope the next day ( I had left it late so had to improvise)”

“I loved this!! It came so quickly and it was amazing quality! The only issue I had was the colours were a bit different that what was on the website and quite a lot of the stuff is overpriced. If there was a 4 and a half rating I would press that because overall this was incredible and I highly recommend”
