“Product was of great quality however it took almost 2 weeks to deliver when the advertised time was to be 3-4 working days. I had to contact Yappy to find out what the delay was. It was due to a production issue but this was not communicated.”

I've looked into this for you, and can see this was shipped one day after the advised time for you, so I do apologise for this minor delay, and any subsequent delays with delivery. “Where's Alfie is a great book. It absorbed a clever six year old for at least an hour. The images are quite small but she found all of them and cannot wait to continue. The personalised tea towel was also a great hit. My niece said she might have to frame it. Postage and delivery were extremely prompt.”

“Great idea and published book is good quality and good fun I think I've said this before in another review but a photograph of THE dog would make the book so much more personal. My dog is a mongrel so I had to go for the nearest lookalike and my 3 year old grandson was not fooled”

“I ordered this for a child. The book is well made, but my dog breed was difficult for an adult to find. Although this is a fun, well made item, I would recommend it for a little bit older child or adult. There are many other things to find on each page as well. For example, there may be a block of cheese as an item to find. It will be in each of the scenes as well as your dog and the other regular items. My dog was very small to find even though it is a large breed dog. Also note this is a paper back but sturdy.”

“We loved the book. It was a present and the birthday girl and her family thought it was fabulous. I’d definitely buy another. It would have been 5 stars if the packaging had been better. The post man left it on the step in the pouring rain 🙈 causing the pages to go wavy. I sorted it by leaving it under something heavy For a day and it survived. If it had been in Cellophane inside it’s envelope it wouldn’t have got damp though.”

“This was a leaving present for my friend as we were going to be living in separate countries. I was super excited about this and maybe should have read the description properly. The tin arrives with no treats or anything inside which meant I then had to go out last minute to fill the tin. I always have the best time and best experiences with this company and it’s the first time I’ve been disappointed. Sorry guys, this one wasn’t for me ☹️”
