“After I had put through my order on a Friday morning, it was prepared/shipped that day and it arrived within the next few days! I was really impressed and everything on the website is so unique/funny if you're stuck on a present. Will definitely be shopping here again :)”

“Very happy with the product but also with the customer service. I needed the item urgently and paid extra for express delivery. It didn't look like it would arrive into time due to Covid delays so I bought the same item again for same day delivery. Of course, both items arrived on the same day so I paid extra for nothing. However I explained the situation to Yellow Octopus and they were very understanding and fixed everything. Great experience overall.”

“Ordering was very easy and package arrived very quickly. I received email notifications throughout the whole process and an Australia Post tracking number. My only criticism is the website. When scrolling through categories if you go to knew category and want to go back, the products are in a different order. This makes it difficult to show someone what you were looking at. But I am a first time user, so probably "user error".”
