“I have the same issue as everybody else. I ordered on the 28th March and still haven't received anything. I have sent emails but have not received a reply. It has been almost 4 weeks!! And they can't even provide an update! I will be contacting my bank and requesting a charge back on the grounds that I have paid for goods I have not received. You all should do the same, that's the way we get our money back!”
“Placed order on 27th March. Still waiting. Got another shock the phone number they give you is an 084 number, this is chargeable at 45p per minute. Nowhere on their website is this mentioned. I have spent over £20 on phone calls and only found out because I reached my spending limit. Will be sending screenshot of webpage to trading standards and OFCOM. What a disgusting way to treat people who ordered from you in good faith”
“Some companies seem to be profiteering out of Convid 19, I believe this to be one of those companies. Placed order with them on the 27th March, no mention on web site about possible delays, I have still not received order, they do not reply to emails. Now their web site is full of warnings about delays. Unfortunately the delay timescale they mention I have already passed. I ordered from another supplier, and I received the goods and planted within 10 days. All I want now is a refund but they are not answering their emails...Shame on you...you should STOP taking orders until you have fulfill your current obligations....”
“Avoid at all costs - I also have a huge outstanding delivery and it hasn’t arrived - hundreds of pounds!! I have sent e-mails but have heard nothing back- I also suspect they have gone out of business - it had now been 3 weeks!!! So disappointed that this company is still taking orders and are still advertising a two week delivery time - they are totally unreputable.”
