Waited two weeks after ordering with no notification, and on phoning was told items were out of stock and should arrive soon after 23 September, over a month after ordering. Requested refund which will apparently take up to 14 days. Won’t use again.

I vowed never to buy from them again but they have teamed with QVC so I ordered the black garden tubs,but before ordering I told Qvc that you never get what you order from yougardens and I would be sending tubs back if they were wrong,They arrived today and they were wrong not anything like the ones presented and shown on qvc.No invoice as they come direct from yougarden.Thank goodness I made them put my concerns on my account before I ordered them and they have watched the presentation and I am sending my photos in and they agreed they were not the ones I ordered, as if you ring yougarden you get nowhere,they are rude,no customer service at all.In fact I did ring yougarden and she was talking over me but I looked for the black tubs on their site , they were there but no quarantee you would get those ones. Have had plants from them back awhile and they arrived dead,badly packaged, poor things were bone dry and the rose food that was supposed to be a freebie was well out of date. I have emailed QVC to thank them for their input and just said I didn't understand why they entertain such a company.still I am not the only one,my family now do not shop with them as my sister had a bad experience with them it is not worth the stress,its a shame as these large pots looked just what I needed.

I ordered two hanging baskets in early May, having waited patiently for them to arrive I now found that it could be July before being shipped, I have now requested my money back, so to say I am disappointed is an understatement.

I have just received begonias. Was so disappointed with them. All squashed up in the box they arrived in. When taking them out all leaves falling off. Ordered 16, only managed to rescue 12 plants in all. Totally appalled with stock

They have supplied me through B & Q with a plant that is not dead but looks like it. They will not do anything about it. Just keep telling me that I have to look after it.

YouGarden now supply direct via QVC uk. All plants are shipped direct from YouGarden and I've had cause to complain several times with QVC re the state of both the plants supplied, and the condition in which they have arrived. On each occasion, QVC have refunded my money. Enough is enough. Another order just arrived, water poured out of plastic container and plants in pieces. Rang QVC who are sending me a refund. I was also told they they had similar complaints from their customers regarding YouGarden. I have cancelled other orders from YouGarden - hopefully they'll get their act together soon.

Not impressed. Ordered 20 lavender plants. 15 of them turned yellow the 1st day and died. Left with 5 very sick looking plants. Plants are not designed to shipped in a cardboard box, so if you want healthy plants, go to your local garden center.

Since the day i registered i have been spammed with emails every day, even though i did not sign up for them. The company adds you automatically without a tick option to opt in. I paid £6.99 delivery which should be next day delivery, its been a week and still no delivery, but it does state in the next few days. Unless you like spam on a daily basis stay clear of this company. I have reported them to the ICO for several issues regarding my information use and unwanted emails. Customer services are awful, only want more details despite requesting the right to erasure, and removal of all emails to my account.

Absolutely the worst customer service you can imagine. Delay after delay with the order and then when you give up and want your money back they say it will take 14 days to get your refund. Terrible company to deal with.

Received a bare root rose in the winter (these will not shoot until the following spring), it never came to life in the spring, but they are refusing a refund as it was after the 30 days, and will only replace if I pay for the postage and packaging again. Shoddy atrocious customer service, who do not reply to the points I make in any emails

Awful plants, which are poor packaged and damaged upon arrival. Extremely poor and extremely rude customer service, trained it seems, to not care about customers or their grievances. Refunds take weeks to arrive (yet payment taken almost immediately!) The 'No quibble' policy is a joke. In short, AVOID THIS COMPANY, it is the definition of a 'cowboy company'

I ordered from a newspaper Add which stated {Buy 10 get 10 free +free fertiliser} The Add also said you must use offer code [5 times] NQ387. Nowhere does it say “if you use this code you don’t get the freebies”. I feel scammed. I phoned and was told there nothing they could do!

Weigela all summer peach arrived today after 10 days, couldn't track at all while waiting. Arrived with brown spots on most of the leaves some spots darker than others, and also a broken branch. Tried to add photos but file can't upload!. 😬

Ordered bamboo which turned up in heavy useless soil. They tried to say this is what bamboo likes...well not according to bamboo specialist..do not buy from this company

Orders failed to be despatched useless customer service team just claim they don’t know what is going on so don’t bother contacting them. Don’t know how they are still in business and supposedly on TV

Ordered 2 Hanging baskets 30th April cost £25.72 did not come until June both baskets were sent back in poor condition then they resent 2 more out to my works address but turned up at 8pm when I specifically said no one there after 5pm they were then sent to Royal mail office I collected them the next day and they were nearly all dead I have been e-mailing then a dozen times and ask for a refund but still not received one DO NOT USE THIS BADLY RUN COMPANY !

Absolutely appalled with customer service and communication. Ordered three planters for a community project and failed to receive any confirmation or updates of delivery. We called on over five occasions, consistently being promised we would receive call backs and written email confirmations and never did. The communication and delivery updates are absolutely shocking and we were left completely in the dark regarding our £500+ order. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for gardening equipment
