“I have just received begonias. Was so disappointed with them. All squashed up in the box they arrived in. When taking them out all leaves falling off. Ordered 16, only managed to rescue 12 plants in all. Totally appalled with stock”

“YouGarden now supply direct via QVC uk. All plants are shipped direct from YouGarden and I've had cause to complain several times with QVC re the state of both the plants supplied, and the condition in which they have arrived. On each occasion, QVC have refunded my money. Enough is enough. Another order just arrived, water poured out of plastic container and plants in pieces. Rang QVC who are sending me a refund. I was also told they they had similar complaints from their customers regarding YouGarden. I have cancelled other orders from YouGarden - hopefully they'll get their act together soon.”
“Not impressed. Ordered 20 lavender plants. 15 of them turned yellow the 1st day and died. Left with 5 very sick looking plants. Plants are not designed to shipped in a cardboard box, so if you want healthy plants, go to your local garden center.”
“Since the day i registered i have been spammed with emails every day, even though i did not sign up for them. The company adds you automatically without a tick option to opt in.
I paid £6.99 delivery which should be next day delivery, its been a week and still no delivery, but it does state in the next few days.
Unless you like spam on a daily basis stay clear of this company. I have reported them to the ICO for several issues regarding my information use and unwanted emails. Customer services are awful, only want more details despite requesting the right to erasure, and removal of all emails to my account.”

Nowhere does it say “if you use this code you don’t get the freebies”. I feel scammed. I phoned and was told there nothing they could do!”

“Absolutely appalled with customer service and communication. Ordered three planters for a community project and failed to receive any confirmation or updates of delivery. We called on over five occasions, consistently being promised we would receive call backs and written email confirmations and never did. The communication and delivery updates are absolutely shocking and we were left completely in the dark regarding our £500+ order. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for gardening equipment”
“Badly packed and out of it's pot when it arrived, we contacted their customer service (very unhelpful) and they told us to keep it for a month unfortunately it died, we contacted them again and we sent photos as requested and in one conversation was told it was very dry then after another set of photos we were told it's too wet. Finally we contacted Amazon who sent us a refund. Very poor experience and I would never shop with them again”

“Ordered 6 fuchsias via DM site on 5 June. Accepted a delivery delay until 15 June ish. No delivery, advised that there was an import delay then later advised a six week delay. All for 6 fuchsia! In the meantime constantly bombarded with garden ads. Cancelled order and received a quick refund.”
