“Awful. no customer service. Feel duped into spending money during CV19 when I think they knew they would not be able to fulfill my order. I have requested a refund 3 times by email with no response. Telephone is left unanswered. My next step will be trading standards. I am soooo disappointed. Thought we were doing the right thing to support small companies during lockdown. How wrong.”
“Six weeks after order placed and confirmed, only two items delivered out of nine despite telephone promises from them about imminent delivery. More recently, telephone not answered despite numerous recorded messages giving an alleged countdown (eg “15 seconds” delay repeated every few minutes during the last ten minutes of a 20 minute call). Email not answered. Is this just incompetence or a sign of impending collapse? AVOID”
“Tried to contact on more than 1 occasion both by email and phone, this has been ongoing since April, plants arrived dead, roses packed in a box then placed on top of very small stunted Begonias, I salvaged 5 plants out of 20 !!!, my 2nd order which was placed on the same day 1 April 2020 hasn't even been despatched as of 14/5/20 ????????, I feel MUGGED !!, this experience has most definitely put an end to me ever ordering anything plant wise off the internet from anywhere again, this has done the online gardens no favours (for me anyway) if I could give 0 stars I would. Communication is non-existent, I spent over £68 for 5 Begonias and 2 Roses, all the rest where dead !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, Never Again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“Plants ordered 10/4 money taken from my account, when I try emailing customer service I get the same email every time which tells me nothing.I will not be using this company again if they reat everyone the same and they do seem to I really don't know how they stay in business I shall certainly warn all of our friends not to.”

After numerous phone calls and emails without an answer. I am leaving this in the hands of my bank to get my money back. The company is a joke. Customer service is in name only. “From ordering and PAYING for my product to delivery 29 DAY'S, no reply (except automatic receipt email) to emails, telephone 45 minutes waiting for anyone to pick it up, when eventually was answered, some bloke at home, no apology or nothing, when told I'd like to cancel my order, he said "I'd have to wait for delivery then return it for a full refund"! then when it did eventually turn up, only half the order Arrived.

“Ordered on 28th March and still not received anything by 28th April. I am guessing they are closed due to Covid-19. However they took payment on 28th March, should have been on despatch. Tried ringing twice and pushed option 1 and 2 without anyone picking up the phone. They should update their website correctly and also have a correct message on their telephone answering message. Will hang on until the government lift restrictions and try again. Otherwise I’ll get refund through the credit card. This was an offer through the Daily Mail......I wonder if they know!!!”
“I ordered on 28th march and as of 27th april still not received my order. I have emailed twice but just get an automated response. When I placed the order they said 5-10 day delivery since they shut their website then reopened it they are now saying 21 days. My order is over this but still nothing. Why are they still taking new orders when it's clear they cant fulfill the ones they have already taken. Cant believe they have taken my money a month ago and still no order. I understand it is a difficult time at the moment but I ordered from Thompson and morgan and this one came when they said it would. I cant help but think they are profiting from the whole situation. They take peoples money but don't produce the order. If nothing in 2 days they I will have to try and claim my money back via my bank as I can't get hold of them to chance an order let alone get a refund. PLEASE EVERYONE READ THE REVIEWS AND DONT BUY.”
