I would be inclined to wait until the tee times were confirmed before venturing to give my opinion of the service provided.

I booked 2 trips in 2 days. The first was a Uk trip and the service from the team (Robert Cooper) was exemplary. He was very prompt and efficient. The next day I booked a Europe trip and was not so impressed. I had to chase my enquiry and am still waiting email confirmation of my booking and tee times. So a mixed service from 2 different teams.

Second time I have booked with you . The only problem I had is as I booked on line I could not use a voucher I recieved as a gift. I booked the trip after you closed on Saturday and rang you on Monday morn to ask to use the voucher and after a few phone calls was told no the money had gone through. It has made the holiday more expensive could,nt you refund 100 pounds .?Or is it a ploy to make me book again to use the voucher ?

It did take a reminder email to get the code for £25 off 1st holiday booked. I tried to book on line but couldn't use the code so had to ring to make the booking. That worked well and I got the holiday and tee times requested

Hi Angela, Sorry to hear you found the voucher terms a little confusing, these cannot be used online and must be done with your agent at the time of booking, this information should be printed on the voucher. Hi We had a quote where the most expensive course was missing from our quote? Yetb the course was listed as though it was. Ian was apologetic, I didn't kick up a fuss although we had the quote in writing. Trip all arranged now and some inconvience to us,Personally I feel a bigger gesture of goodwill would have been more appropiate? Other than that was ok would say your slightly better than golfbreaks. Apart from not quoting for a 3rd venue as requested, and an admin error in regard to the deposit payment arrangements, the booking has gone smoothly so far.

Good deal eventually on golf trip to celtic manor which was hampered by misleading sales staff who booked wrong accommodation and got price wrong. Had to make several calls back and forth to rectify. Should of been straight forward price match but wasn't ....

Good experience re arranging accommodation and golf times at appropriate courses. But very disappointed at the way I was treated regarding my Darren Clarke £25 voucher. I received the voucher two days before I made the booking - hence that was why I made the booking. However, I forgot to mention the voucher to Mr Ian Purvis, the Sales Consultant and only remembered when I got off the phone having paid the full amount. I was then told that the £25 voucher could not be applied to my current booking even though you have my credit card details and I am regular client of YourGolfTravel. Although I have been given a credit of £50 off any future non-UK booking, that is not the point. I would have expected much better customer service from YourGolfTravel and in particular that your sales consultant would have been trained to ask if I had a voucher - you knew I had received one because it has a unique number. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling somewhat upset and dissatisfied.

Hi Michael, I'm really sorry you have been disappointed in regards to the voucher, we are unfortunately unable to process these once a booking has been paid in full. You are still able to use this against a future booking and my colleague offered you a further £50.00 as a gesture of goodwill for your disappointment. When booking I was told by Rob I would be sent a sleeve of srixon balls but I have not received them. The reason for this was because I was told I could not use the £25 voucher you had sent because of the trip I booked for four to Heythrop Park.

The intial request for a quote was sent to Huw, as our regular contact, Lee, was out. However, Huw suggested that we wait a day for Lee to retunr - no problem. Michelle picked up our request, and took a few days to reply - after I called, it seemed our quote was in her "drafts" box. The quote missed a few key factors (didn't confirm that we could play at Las Americas without handicap certificates, quoted for a double room (not 2 singles), quoted for a hotel in the wrong area. I requested a corrected quote, but another few days went by and I heard nothing. I called Lee, and he sorted everything within a day - he confirmed with Las Americas that we could play without certs, quoted for single rooms and explained that you didn't have contracts with any hotels in Las Americas, but still got a quote for one in that area. We booked the next day. Had this been our first experience of YGT, we may have looked elsewhere, but Lee has been looking after us really well for a few years, so I knew he would resolve any issues. I'd suggest that Michelle maybe needs a little more training, or "buddy" support. I have the email trail if that would help.

I was dealt with by Gareth, I went through the details and dates quite thoroughly with him and even did a confirmation summary with him before putting the phone down, When I received the email confirmation a couple of minutes later he had got the dates wrong! I had to phone up again to have him ammend the dates which I thought was annoying to say the least.
