Set up service plan very good value

Excellent contact with the company,speaking with them for the first time as I set up my plan. Too early to judge them for service/repairs,but if they are as good as the telephone contact,I'll be happy.

As a landlord (lady), it is good to get a person responding to one's phonecall upon signing up, to be able to verbally ask any queries one may have. I have had patient and helpful responses and go forward trusting Your Repair will be as good when / if we have practical issues occuring covered by the Plan. Hoping this will be some time in advance but it is good to have confidence in the chosen boiler insurance company. As I am only able to do a review after just joining I am awarding a four star award.

Were supposed to send out engineer to conduct legal requirement of a gas certificate. No show then told manual error on system so engineer did not get the job. Further 2 phone calls and was told urgently get out new engineer. They were supposed to come before 11am and was told this job first on their list, but did not show up and no phone. Cancelling the plan.

I have been told my boiler and radiator can not have a call out. Absolutely terrible customer service

Hi Sharlotte, Faults that occur during the 14 day exclusion period are covered if you have moved directly from another provider to us. As you have not had this continuous cover, unfortunately, we are unable to assist with this fault. If you could arrange to have this fault repaired privately, we would be more than happy to assist with any future faults that occur after the first 14 days, as per our service and support agreement.
