“Didn't recieve ordered fabric, when I wanted cancel order I was told order can't be cancelled as is dispatched and cut to order although fabric wasn't send another three days. Unprofessional service, I won't use it ever again.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, however, I’m very disappointed to see that you felt we deserved a 1 star review. I have looked in to this for you and can see that your order was shipped within the published lead time and at the time you placed your order online you would have had to click to accept the T&C’s which explain: ‘Made to measure product Fabric is cut to the measurements you provide and your order cannot be cancelled once we've cut it. Please ensure you've entered the correct length you require’. I’m very sorry to read that you won’t be using us again but should you change your mind, then please call our customer services team on 02476 011299 and they will be happy to help you. “Not possible to write a review yet, as the paper is not on the walls A suggestion- Some clarity then around what it is people are actually reviewing would be helpful. It's not an inate ability to know that and I'm a bit of a novice, thanks.
