“I measured and ordered two sets of curtains for a large sitting room and we were absolutely delighted with the quality of material used and standard of workmanship. They are absolutely beautiful. It is a room that until now we hardly used but just love sitting in it now.”

“Order made - I was fortunate enough to catch a special deal on a bank holiday. Goods arrived - though I don't think I was advised exactly when the box would be delivered. Goods all perfect and fitted by neighbour who fits blinds for a living. All working well”

“Sourced our wallpaper for a competitive price. No delivery charge. Delivery efficient and goods arrived well packaged. Excellent service. Not realising the paper was wider ended up with one roll spare and ,although the Web site said 'full refund ' this isn't so as the company charge £20 to collect and a further amount (£6) for handling. Would definitely order from this company again, but be more careful with quantity needed !”

It is a shame that we let you down with the costing of return, with the collection we are working to look to reduce this unfortunately at this time with ensuring that we have the insurance on your goods so that you are refunded if the goods are damaged in transit, and the additional handling fee of £6.95 would be the delivery charge that you would have incurred if your order falls below £95.00 We have taken your comments on board and we will be looking to see if there is a way to improve these charges in the future, we once again thank you for the review and allowing us the opportunity to review our processes. “Very pleasant and helpful, went the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service when I had a query and also when I needed an additional roll of wallpaper. Delivered promptly. Curtain header tape could have been better quality - but in the scheme of things this is just splitting hairs...”

“The time line quoted was easily exceeded, so under promised and over delivered....works for me.... Blinds received work well and do the job, although there is the odd tiny strand of light that leaks through....not enough to be an issue, but black out, should mean blackout.... I will be buying more...”
