“Curtains arrived earlier than expected and fitted perfectly. Rated you 4star because:- The fabric was predominantly white but the curtain linings were cream which shows through and dulls the whiteness of the Sanderson fabric. I also like to tuck the the curtain pleat tape in but the ends of tape are stitched. Normally there is a pocket into which the loose excess cord can be tucked away.”

Hello Rosalind, It's great to hear the curtains arrived early and were made perfectly. We made the curtains to your specifications which included the cream lining. White lining was available from the options when you placed your order. I can see what you're referring to when you mention about the lack of pocket for the excess cord - we recommend cutting it once tied off so that it's neat. Hello, The cost of the samples are redeemable against your subsequent order. And so are in effect free-of-charge. I can see you didn't reclaim the cost of your samples so I have now setup a refund against your order for the samples costs. Larger samples are available on request, but most customers don't need such large samples. If you require larger samples in the future feel free to contact us directly.
