Really pleased with the service ( ordering and returns). Staff very helpful on the telephone too. The wallpaper we chose looks gorgeous in our dining room and lovely quality. Found the website excellent and easy to use- only reason for 4 stars not 5 was the size of the sample received- A5 is not really very useful. But other than that excellent service all round.

I'm sure your lovely choice of wallpaper really does look gorgeous in your dining room, please send us a photo if you have the time as it's always lovely to see our beautiful wallpapers and fabrics in situ. I'm sorry that we lost a star because the sample you recieved wasn't very useful to you. Rest assured that all our samples are ordered directly with the suppliers in order to ensure that you recieve their latest stock and therefore the truest colours which would match the wallpaper, should you then go on to order it. As you are aware, our samples are redeemable and I'm pleased to see that you used your voucher code on this order. I ordered a gliss autoglide on the 2nd June which was quoted three to four days delivery it didn't arrive till the 9th June. Customer service not very helpful to hurry it along

I have had a look into this for you and can see that this order was dispatched to you on the 8th (which was the 4th working days after you placed your order), this in turn meant that you received your order 1 day later than expected (9th). Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused to you by this unfortunate delay. I can also see from the notes that behind the scenes, our customer services representative worked hard liaising with the supplier to get this order to you earlier. As frustrating as this is, due to the fact that this was a made to measure order for you and not an off the shelf item, we have to allow the time for it to be made for you. Fabric had a hole in it which I didn't notice until making the second curtain. I emailed you about this and attached a photo, expressing my dissatisfaction. Since I hadn't noticed this on my initial inspection you said that nothing could be done about it. As a seamstress with some years experience and a qualification in fashion and fabric I am absolutely sure it was not my error. I did manage to incorporate the hole into the side hem so in the end it does not show but I was disappointed with the service.

We do try our utmost best to ensure that the fabric is sent and received in the top condition. We do appreciate that these kind of faults can be missed during the make up process, we do encourage that our customers contact us when they notice a fault so that we can rectify any faults/flaws in their items. I absolutely love the wallpaper which arrived quickly and we'll packed, however I find it a little dissapointing that delivery to northern ireland is an additional £19.95. This seems a little extreme.
