“The 2 curtain poles originally ordered were not delivered, apparently they said they were damaged and therefore did not deliver them to me, no one told me and I had to do the chasing but I can honestly say that the lady I spoke to sorted the problem out with speed and was very helpful. A joy to know there was someone to speak to at the other end.”

“Excellent. I knew what wallpaper I wanted and Yourstylishhome were competitively priced (not cheapest, but close). After checking the reviews, particularly customers who had an issue that ended with a positive outcome, I decided to pay the little extra and buy from yourstylishhome. I'm pleased I did. The wallpaper arrived in 2 days (direct from manufacturer) and when I had a query, yourstylishhome responded quite quickly.”

“Sample cost was refunded after we purchased the wallpaper even though we forgot to use the voucher code we were given, which they didn't have to do so excellent customer service and the Affinity wallpaper here is the cheapest you can get online!”
