“Just fabulous service ... very quick, kept informed of delivery and despite only buying 1.2m of material, it arrived really well packaged rolled on a tube.”

“Ordered items on line, but 7 days latter, they had not been delivered, so I called customer services, who promised to investigate and call back. I didn't get that call, so I telephoned again. Customer service agent investigated there & then, & said there had been a probelm, & he would get items despatched to be delivered within 48hours. Alas, that didn't happen, so I called again. This time, the customer service agent, Neil, arranged despatch over-night and direct. Huurah! I got my stuff! So zero stars for intial service, but 5 stars to Neil for eventually owning and sorting the problem. Product is excellant BTW.”

“I am very satisfied with the purchases I made but had to take off a star for the very poor packaging. Two open ended long packages with parcel tape wrapped around where they were joined together is not good enough. As I carried it into the house they fell apart. This could have happened earlier in transit and the contents would have been lost.”
