“Excellent service. I order the wrong length curtain pole. I contacted them and was advised what to do. I did exactly as instructed, did not accept the pole from the courier, (must admit was a bit worried about that}. Contacted them as instructed after the delivery went away. They ordered the correct pole for me, I paid the slight increment in price, and it arrived a few days later. I can't fault the service that was given to me and would certainly recommend this company.”

“Hello Service is very efficient. I was however disappointed that the pair of wooden curtain hold backs I ordered were different grains and not same stain finnish though both light oak. I wouldn't buy on line again as I do usually shop and choose products myself. Thank you”
