“Ordered 4 blinds for our Velux Skylights. Our order came the following day from ordering, through DPD. We fitted the blinds the following night and one of the blinds was faulty, I sent them videos of what was wrong etc as requested. They very very quickly sent me a replacement and again arrived extremely quick. It was never an issue for them, they handled it professionally and for that reason alone, I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for blinds. The quality is fab too so cannot fault at all.”

“Very good service up to delivery unfortunately the order for velum blinds then goes straight through velum itself. They use parcel force for delivery which is not the best service. You have to pay for post office drop off, or collect from local parcel force 25miles away or wait in all day,”

“Dawn was extremely patient and helpful on the phone in answering my questions for making up some roman blinds. We ran through my requirements several times, making adjustments where necessary, based on her experience and advice. They subsequently arrived in the time stated and look fantastic. Clear and precise instructions came with them too but they were very easy to put up. Thank you”
