“Package never arrived. I texted the customer service for 3 months full of excuses untill they offered me less than a fourth of the sum I paid. I logically proved why they either owe me more money (I excluded the shipping fee) or should send me a replacement. Now they even started lying to me, claiming in the same exact message that my delivery had returned to their warehouse but also that the product wasnt available in their warehouse anymore. “Placed order on January 29, received them today, March 9 (42 days). Not only was this far too long to wait for something ordered a month and a half ago but theres more. I ordered two kimonos, and a pair of pants, not sure which exact pair of pants but heard they all have generally the same issue if at all. Pants are very slim compared to how they are advertised on the website (I purchased the largest size when im a regular size to begin with because i wanted them extra baggy), and the kimonos feel like they are made of the material used to make camping tent walls, not clothing fabric in the slightest. And they were just sown horribly but i expected that a little.”

When I enter the tracking number they provided it says there is no information. This is so frustrating. They should have an alert on their website explaining the delay is due to the virus. Something! I have contracted Zaful multiple times over this problem and all they kept telling me is that I will get an email. I have never received an email from Zaful.
