“OK, I used this company many times and everytime I can receive the parcel successfully, and to be honest, the quality is matching the price. Recently the shipping time is a little bit slower than before but, you know what, I can accept it since every one nowadays is much slower than before because of the cause we all know. Btw, I actually love the styles of Zaful, fashionable and the design! oh I love the ones I received.”

“I've had only one experience w/the company. I recently ordered a bathing suit from this company via Amazon (12/25/2020). Not only was the suit beautiful and of great quality, it was delivered w/in like 3 -4 days, but by Amazon Prime (I'm not a member/subscriber...I actually paid a/b $7 for shipping). I ordered 2 items from 2 different vendors at the same time and the Zaful order is the only one I've received so far. From all the reviews that I have read, perhaps swimwear is their thing??”

“Zaful has some of the best customer service going, anytime I have had a issue with sizing or an item having a manufacturer defect they have refunded me my money plus any points used at point of purchase. The clothes are of good quality and sizing is usually always bang on.”

“Zaful have very high quality clothes, they are my go-to for fashion and they have a high quality of customer service. Out of all of my orders, I have only misjudged my sizing twice, and both times Zaful have sent me the size up free of charge, also allowing me to keep the smaller items to give to a friend as a gift.”

“Zaful is AMAZING! I had a great experience! I irdered a couple of bikinis which fitted great! And some summer clothes! I am from SA and it arrived within a week!! I had a problem with the shorts because it was too big and when I contacted them they reshipped it free if charge and said that i could keep the other shorts! It is now on its way! The prices are great and good quality! I loved it!😃”

“I ordered a month before my vacation without reading reviews and was panicking after reading them. My package arrived within 3 weeks though, everything was there, and the quality was decent considering all of the suits were under insanely cheap. Would 100% recommend based off my experience alone. Only thing I noticed was that the sizing was very inconsistent. A medium in one suit would be very tight and a medium in another would be kind of loose.”

“Honestly. I am not desporate for clothes to come to me immediately so it's not a disappointment. They do take long. But buying anything online now will take a long time anyways. Every time I've had an issue I told them, and they helped and gave me more then what I was asking for. All you need in patients but the product is worth the value”

“Zaful delivered my package to Southern California (USA) really quickly (16 days). I was terrified I wouldn't get the package due to online reviews and social media comments. The package came and I literally LOVED 14/15 items. Act with caution if you're in a different country! The items were all shockingly high quality for the price. I love zaful and will be ordering again!”
