“I live in the United States. So yes - my packages always take forever. However, you can’t beat a $10 bathing suit or 8$ lingerie set. I have made the mistake of ordering with the mindset of an Amazon shopper, expecting my items before leaving for vacation and not receiving them until I had actually returned. However, although they offered the option for me to send the items back for a refund, I declined because I loved the pieces I’d received. If you order knowing it could take a month or longer to receive, It’s a great site. I think it’s important to consider things are going to take longer than normal right now. The warehouse is in Hong Kong ... And I’m sure you’ve heard - we’re in the middle of a pandemic. So, obviously things are going to take longer to prepare to ship and then get past customs. I have an order in process right now that I’ve received partial shipment for, but am unable to track the other half. I have been working with customer service to resolve and they have been extremely responsive. The best way to get a quick response is to create “a ticket”, under customer service and provide your order number. They are quick to reply and very helpful. You also have the option to click “reminder” when you go in to view your order, which seems to help speed up the initial preparing of the shipment. In the end - you get what you pay for. Long wait times is a small compromise in comparison to the price tag (for better than expected quality) and original pieces. If you want something same day or next day, go to amazon or see if Nordstrom has curbside pick up. And one more thing, be nice.”

“I placed an order the end of April, I ordered 6 swim suits. A week later I was having buyers remorse. So I contacted Zaful and asked to cancel my order and get a refund. After a few messages back and forth I’m happy to say I got my refund! I can’t comment on the quality of the swim suits or shipping. But I can say that I am very happy with their customer service.”

“I ordered from Zaful and actually haven't had a bad experience. Yes, I did wait for my order to arrive for quite some time (1 month) but I didn't mind because I am just home in the quarantine and it was not urgent. All 6 items that I got, I liked, and they were pretty cheap. I would recommend ordering things that have a lot of reviwes so you can read them and see the pictures. I am from Croatia by the way.”

“I can’t recommend them enough they’re great! Once I ordered something that ended up being out of stock and they refunded me the money for that shirt and for the trouble they also let me choose another shirt that was the same price and included it in my order for free!! So helpful and considerate of their customers.”

“don't know why these comments are so negative! I love this shop so much I ordered around 10 things which all came expect for 1 product which was out of stock which I got my money back without even having to ask! :) I love all the clothes I brought and recommend this shop. I'm not sure about the whole Covid 19 situation because my borders are closed so there is no point of ordering right now :)”

“So I really recomand everyone to buy and orser from ZAFUL! First of all their prices are amazing ! And also the products are in such great quality. Honestly why should you waste more if you can waste less ?? Their cusomer service is amazing I spoke to the on facebook Messanger and they immeditley replied ! Such a great site !”

“I’ve ordered from Zaful many times and every time it came relatively fast. I placed an order February 8th, it was taking forever to come. I had read these reviews and kind of doubted the company although before I had nothing bad to say. I thought I would just wait it out, as some people tried to get their money back and could not, or had really poor service. My order finally arrived on March 13. With coronavirus going on, especially bad in China, I think we all need to be patient - although it is very frustrating. Many sites like this also do have very poor customer service, which is unfortunate but I think waiting it out is your best option.”

“Okay, I haven't ordered from Zaful yet, but I've been reading the reviews like "it took multiple months to ship." YOu may not have noticed, but the shipping for normal is 10-25 business days. That's Monday-Friday. 10-25 business days is 2-5 weeks. It's not going to come within a week or two. This is a company in China, where the Coronavirus is severe. You're not going to have your bikini in your possession probably for a while. The workers at Zaful are probably trying to stay safe and, you know, not die?”

“After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant to purchase a bikini from Zaful. Because they are so affordable, I thought might as well just try it and see. Sure enough my two bikinis came within 3-4 weeks, great quality and fit perfectly! Looked exactly like the photo on the website. As someone who thought this site might be sketchy, I can assure you it wasn't and you will be pleased with your purchase. At least, I was. - Bailee O. from Oklahoma”

“I just want everyone to know that the shipping is really slow because of the Corona Virus... Everything is closed, it's normal that it takes more time, I ordered on 3 weeks ago and it's still processing, but I mean it's normal due to what is happening in China...”

“I’m from Canada and I ordered two bathsuits and a bunch of accessories on January 8th, 2020. I received by order in my mailbox by January 16th, 2020. I was a little nervous after reading the reviews on shipping to Canada and the horror stories but I found it super speedy and amazing! I would highly recommend.”

“Got everything I asked for & was exactly what I was expecting, took a couple weeks to arrive to the UK but it does declare that. I was a bit suspect when reading through reviews as it seems to be really Positive or really negative but all I can say from my experience is great site cheap prices and good quality clothing for the price!”
