“I’ve order twice from here the first time no problems but now Ive been waiting awhile for my package and now that it’s been shipped it’s telling me I need to pay tax/fee’s I will take fault as I didn’t do much research and after reading many reviews of this I don’t want the hassle of trying to return as it seems you don’t get anywhere. I don’t have an extra £60 lying around as I’m just out of college and trying to find a job so idk what to do. They should make it clear as I had to look for ages to find anything about import tax. Zaful sent me the wrong size items, I opened a ticket and had a reply within 20 minutes. I ask for a refund and have heard nothing back!

I tried tracking my package several times and it said it arrived on a boat on May 1st and that’s the only update I have gotten. It’s June 14th. It doesn’t take over a month to go one state over, Amazon does cross country and gets it over in three days. Zaful figure your stuff out because you scammed MULTIPLE customers and didn’t even offer a refund.”
