Zaful sent me the wrong size items, I opened a ticket and had a reply within 20 minutes. I ask for a refund and have heard nothing back!

They promise to give you a refund and pay your shipping costs (you have to send to Spain) and they say they will pay it back if it is up to 30% of the price of the returned item. After 3.5 weeks I still have not received the full refund! Still waiting...”
“I bought 2 bathing suits on April 23rd. It’s been almost two months and it said it shipped on April 27th. I tried tracking my package several times and it said it arrived on a boat on May 1st and that’s the only update I have gotten. It’s June 14th. It doesn’t take over a month to go one state over, Amazon does cross country and gets it over in three days. Zaful figure your stuff out because you scammed MULTIPLE customers and didn’t even offer a refund.”
