Do not use this company. They look legit but are scamming you out of your money the whole thing is a FRAUD! Do not purchase anything from them! You will not receive your items if you do it will be partial items and not anything like what you thought you were purchasing . They don’t refund your money, they give you fake tracking numbers and ar unable to provide you with proof of purchase. It’s a scam. Change your credit card number and do not use this comp at, it is PURE SCAM . Pure scam. Do NOT BUY FROM THEM.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY'RE A SCAM!! Providing fake tracking number!!! I have been waiting for over 6 weeks for my order and have emailed and live chat with the company and nothing has been resolved! All I want is my refund you stupid company!! The fake tracking number say my order has been delivered but it is not I contacted Canada post and the supervisor said they don’t work on stat holidays and my tracking number does not exist!! WTF Zaful!!! Please ppl do not order from here and save your time and money to shop else where!!

So frustrating dealing with this company. When you initially shop they tell you they have 100% guarantee returns, although I place an order for three different dresses all three ended up being too small I wanted to return them to get my money back but they won't take the dresses back instead they told me to keep them and donate them and they'd only refund me about 15% of the entire purchase price. I then proceeded to take a screenshot of the advertisement where they state 100% guaranteed refunds I sent it to them and then all together they just stop responding to my messages. Not to mention the cheap quality clothing offered.

Stay AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! The worse customer service you will ever experience. They take ages to get back to you and they don't have a live chat. Terrible quality of clothes - basically if you buy their clothes you are stuck with them. They will not refund your money as you have to pay shipping costs to China which is probably more than what the clothes are worth. Honestly stay away from this company it's a hoax!

I am finally getting around to writing this review months later. The designs on the pants are pretty cool, however, the material is quite cheap (compared to the high price), and it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be, which was very unfortunate. As soon as I got my package, I decided to wear one of the pants, and a hole immediately starting forming on the crotch area, and then around the area on another spot, it just tore a lot when I sat a certain way. Months later, my mother fixed it for me once she had the time, and as soon as I tried them on, I barely stretched a little bit, and the fabric tore a lot at a different spot. I wish I had contacted Zaful earlier to get my money back, however, according to other reviews, it seems that getting refunds are impossible, and they will just simply reply to me with a generic answer. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered, because if I did, I would never have ordered from them. I still occassionally wear their undersized pants, but I am always scared that it's going to rip. Overall, your money is best spent somewhere else.

Awful experience. 1. They tried to say they didn't receive my refund worth around £100 sent from the UK to a Spain address costing me £13. They kept this up for 3 whole weeks until I said I was opening an investigation with my bank and the post office, they then quickly issued the refund. 2. I received a £70 VAT invoice from DPD saying Zaful doesn't pay VAT from China!! Absolute hassle and rip off. Do not use. Would recommend Shein over these guys, they sell similar stuff and easy returns.

Where do I start? This place sends your order by snail mail overseas, you're waiting weeks for it. Then the product itself won't look like the photos AND you'll see the cheap quality fabric they make it with. THEN you'll try to return it, and even though it says "100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy" you'll argue with them to get them to give an RMA, and finally they'll try to offer you 'zaful wallet' equivalent to buy something else and you'll argue some more to get your money back. At which point you'll PAY to return ship (to a US address) and only get refunded the base amount less the shipping. The only thing you're getting 100% of is a SCAM. Cheap, poorly made clothes, we're talking dollar-store junk here. Waste of time, waste of money. Their support staff have poor communication skills, and even manipulated me into closing my paypal case in order to get a PARTIAL refund. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

SCAM SCAM I wish I could give it zero stars. They scam you out of your money, then want to get you for more money. They claim the item couldn't be delivered, then for a small fee with a deadline they can re-deliver. Then if you don't do it with those few days, they claim your item will be destroyed. Yet no refund. Customer service is a joke. You can call but its point less because they make you do everything through email (a ticket). Do not order from zaful....

Wish i read the reviews before i ordered! Waiting over a month now for my items (3rd Feb) that have apparently cleared customs and out for delivery 2 weeks ago, been told im still within my delivery time, 21st May!!! Needed the items for this weekend too late to order off anywhere else. Choose to spend your money elsewhere rather then the frustration and hassle of using this site.

Scam company! After a lot of hassle they allowed me to sent my package to Spain at my own expenses. Weeks later they wrote me that I got a refund. To my big surprise I see on my credit card statement that they deducted the refund amount from my credit card balance! The whole Zaful "support" circus can start again, they already asked for an official certificate from the bank, showing the deduction, OMG. Please be aware what your dealing with!

Zaful's returns process is not only misleading with a contradictory policy but also illegal (at least according to UK law). Their returns/warranty/refunds policy clearly states that you have 14 days AFTER receipt of the goods to return your items at no extra cost (this is known as the 'cooling off period'). It also clearly states that the only exceptions are for things like underwear, swimwear, perishable items and DVDs. However Zaful basically bargain with you and reinterpret their own policy in order to keep your money. They will tell you: 1. You can return unwanted items but will only receive a refund if the item is defective or they sent you the wrong one. 2. They will give you a partial refund if you send the items back, but you'll need to pay for shipping. 3. Okay, you can have a full refund, but you'll need to pay for shipping. I haven't got any further yet but I am determined to get my £87.70 AND free return postage. They are reinterpreting their own policy which must be illegal even in China.

The parcel arrived, but not at our address, it arrived to a stranger at a totally different address in a totally different neighborhood. Zaful support will not look at the evidence and, for a 32,77 Euro offer, they are offering us a meagre 12,99 partial refund. They refuse to send the item again, or to give a full refund. The behavior of the support is such that I would give zero stars, if it was possible. Enfuriating. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

HORROR. I was not receiving my parcel after months so I finally went to customer service to inquire about what had happened to my parcel. They told me the shipping company could not reach me ( in spite of the fact I have given them 2 different telephone numbers) and that the only thing they can do is reimburse me 40 $ ( my order was above 100$). I am outraged and I definitely do nit recommend shopping with them ever. You won't get your stuff anyway and you will loose money.

DO NOT BUY! No refund offered which is illegal! Awful! Do not buy there. You cannot get a refund for return! If you want to return here are the options: Option 1:Return for Exchange for product(s) Please return the items to our third party seller address in Spain! Option 2:Return for Refund Please return the items to our third party seller address in Spain. Once we receive the items, we can refund you to your Wallet for use on your future orders. Is this even legal!?On the UK Gov Website- accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds It says: "You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you".

If the parcel tracking information say cleared what does that mean when will l receive it because it is showing me that it is already arrived in my county but l haven't received it it's been 2 weeks after the delivery expecting date offwhich it's been a month now common
