“Had to return items and after a month I'm still waiting for them to refund my items, one of the worst customer experience interactions I've ever had, extremely rude, unknowledgeable and unhelpful representatives. Make sure you save your tracking number or returning items will be a nightmare!”

“I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money! This company is the worst to deal with. My package is "stuck in customs" two months after I placed my order - the summer is over now! And they won't allow me to send it back or refund me. They keep telling me that the package will be destroyed... what kind of response it that??”

“I had to pay half the amount of the order for taxes and free shipping was NOT free. They send my one order in 2 different packages, I needed to get a document from Zaful to get the items from the customs... it took them A MONTH to send the same wrong documents over and over again. Cute clothes but ain't worth the hassle, customer support can barely speak English.”

“I paid $60 for merchandise that I never received. This company is a nightmare to deal with. They have finally admitted the order went to the wrong address and was returned to them, so they are offering me a partial store credit and charging me for shipping both ways—even though i never received or returned the item! Their customer service is RUDE and unprofessional. Save yourself a gigantic headache and DO NOT ORDER from this company!”

“Stay away!! The products are really poorly made. I have faulty products with sizing that doesn’t match. A small that’s too big and a L that’s too large. Really poor quality. They won’t let you return them, they won’t give you an address. I’ve been talking to their “customer service” team back and forth for days. Despite the products being bad quality and not fit for purpose, I have to send them back AT MY OWN COST to another country for a refund. It’s an absolute scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!”

“I’ve ordered bikinis and the quality is abismal - cheap fabric, bad finishing and funny sizes (super small tops and large bottoms). The return process is difficult (no clarity from customer support), stupid (they ask you to send pictures so they can assess the problem - the problem is the product is HORRIBLE, can that be assessed from a pic?!) and made to tire you to give up. Never ever ordering from this place again.”

“Never order from Zaful. I order several items and two items needed to be sent back. Never have I have such a difficult process to return something and now the items have been sent back but Zaful said they can’t refund me. Down the price of the items and £8 postage.”

“Horrible customer service!!Just HORRIBLE!! I order 3 tops which came out to a total of $33 and I never got them. I tried to contact them and they never replied. Just don’t even try to get yourself in their mess. Don’t shop Zaful!!!”

“Do not order from this site. You’ll never receive your items, their customer service is a joke who will not help you and will reply to your inquiries with a blanket statement that isn’t relevant whatsoever, and they won’t refund your money. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to trying to order something online. Especially having to pay $10 in shipping for one cheap outfit. Do not recommend whatsoever.”

“Very poor quality. Difficult to get in contact with Zaful to sent the package back. They need to give their OK for you to sent something back and get a refund, unfortunately nobody is getting in contact with me no matter how many “tickets” i take. Very poor/bad custom service. Don’t buy from zaful!!!”

“Zaful is a scam. I purchased over $150 Worth of product and it never came (this is 6 months later). Customer service offered me a $20 refund. What a joke. Do not order from here unless you like giving your money away.”

“my young daughters are buying this awful stuff and are finally realising what appalling quality it is & learning valuable lessons 1. Even when something is cheap you're being robbed if it is not worth having 2. buy ethically to respect others and yourselves 3. By buying these products you are giving money to greedy people who have a total disregard for you, for fashion or for ethical business practice.”

“Can I rate "0"? Zaful is a scam. I made my first order and was not processed in 15 days until I canceled and requested refund from it. It's been 2 months but I still didnt receive my refund. Don't buy from Zaful.”

“I ordered a few products from ZAFUL months ago which I still haven’t received. My tracking info says that it’s been delivered already but no one called me to collect neither did I sign for any parcel. For two months now I’ve been trying to locate my package and get in touch with their customer service which is IMPOSSIBLE. When you finally do, you’re greeted with arrogance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They will harass you and still you won’t get your items back or a refund.”
