“My son ordered clothes from zaful that did not fit. So he paid $15 to return clothes. Zaful did not provide a return labels. After mutiple times of them trying to give me store credit. They returned money to my card. They say customer service is there top priority and it's NOT they also say easy returns. Well they said they will pay 30% back of paying for return label. Well in order to get money back for return label the only way they would do it is if I open a pay pal account. After telling them over and over I do not have nor want a pay pal account. Could they mail payment to me or return to card. THEY WOULDN'T. Only insist on me opening up a pay pal account to get my money back for return label. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHEAP CLOTHES. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!!!!!”
“I ordered $60 worth of clothes and never received my items. Zaful customer service was a joke, blamed it on the Courier and refused to refund me, I never received my items and they only gave me a $10 credit. I will never order from there again so the credit is useless.”

The products are really poorly made. I have faulty products with sizing that doesn’t match. A small that’s too big and a L that’s too large. Really poor quality. They won’t let you return them, they won’t give you an address. I’ve been talking to their “customer service” team back and forth for days. Despite the products being bad quality and not fit for purpose, I have to send them back AT MY OWN COST to another country for a refund. It’s an absolute scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!”
“I’ve ordered bikinis and the quality is abismal - cheap fabric, bad finishing and funny sizes (super small tops and large bottoms). The return process is difficult (no clarity from customer support), stupid (they ask you to send pictures so they can assess the problem - the problem is the product is HORRIBLE, can that be assessed from a pic?!) and made to tire you to give up.
Never ever ordering from this place again.”
