“Refused to accept my returns despite indicating they provide ‘easy and hassle free returns’ on their website. Over 6 weeks later still waiting for a response. Finally get authorisation to return some items and they tell me the parcel never arrived (despite signature indicating so). Avoid them - it honestly is more hassle than it was worth for very poor quality items.”

“I’ve never had such bad service. I ordered 6 items in April, and in AUGUST items showed up, but they were not even from Zalful! They were super cheap plus sized items from an affiliated company. I filed a complaint and sent pictures like you’re supposed to with the order number, and all they did was send a macro email back asking me to file a complaint with pictures. NEVER have I got them on the phone. Never again. Over $109 wasted.”
“ZAFUL is obfuscating return policies by advising that easy return and refund is possible, but hide deep in their terms and conditions that the return basically does not apply to any of the items they are selling. The quality of their swim wear is terrible and sizes are absolutely wrong. Very bad experience which hopefully others can avoid! Don’t use the app or buy at ZAFUL at all!”

The clothing comes and is awful quality, not as shown in the pictures, and the stitching came lose just from trying it on.
When you try to contact them to return and get a refund, they refuse.
The "only option" is to keep the clothing (even though it's too appalling to wear because they don't want to pay for postage) and receive 10% of the money back.
After days of arguing they said returns are not possible and the clothing I ordered was exempt in their terms and conditions (?!?)
They've gradually increased the offer of the percentage of money back but still won't give me a full refund despite the clothing not being as described and being poor quality.
I'm hoping PayPal will help me out and I won't use Zaful again.”

“Order about $149 worth of items since the 24th of August and as if today the 6th of November I still haven’t received my package. They told me twice to check with my local post office which I did but they haven’t received anything either. The tracking update has been showing “Airlines Departure” since the 31st of August & now they’re telling me to be patient like 3 months isn’t enough patience I’ve had for a package that should’ve been delivered since September. Save yourself the stress and don’t order from them.”

Customer service is a joke, only giving you access to some sort of "online tickets" surely operated by bots. No cellphone number, nothing. They have told me nothing but to "remain patient", but after 6 months? Really? If I could I would definitely sue this company.”
“Please do not waste your time or money ordering anything from these con artists. My daughter has finally been refunded her money £146 after 4 months thanks to PayPal. She never received her items as she refused to pay a further £60 duty which was not mentioned prior to placing the order. Zaful continually sent a template with a generic response refusing to a full refund, and only offered to refund £15 as settlement . I would advise anyone who has been scammed by this company who made a payment to them via PayPal to contact them again as PayPal are now aware of their malpractice and fraudulent activity. They are currently under investigation.”

First of all and most important, the 'coat' I have received after 4 months of delay, it's absolute failure.
Instead of COAT I received a tracksuit or a fleece t-shirt! Totally terrible and dissapointed.
Aftet this, I would reccomend don't buy anything online if there is no picture of people who received it and posted picture with the item, where you can check and convince IT IS how it looks like online and how you think and want.
