“I ordered 2 boxes the Boise legal paper. Prices were better than other online stores. When I had an issue with my address being verified, the customer service representative fixed it for me and processed my order. Delivery was fast too! Awesome job!”

“I had never heard of this company before but checked them out on BBB and online reviews and saw they were legit. Wanted to order a specific chair and they were the only ones who had it at a price I wanted to pay and it was in stock. Gave it a shot and they exceeded my expectations. Super fast shipping. I received the chair the next day I had gotten the email ith tracking and I checked the tracking and it said it was delivered before I got it so I was scared I got scammed but low and behold it came that same day within an hour or 2 of checking the tracking. Would definitely order from them again.”

“This was my first time buying from Zerbee. I purchased paper grocery bags for our food pantry. The product description was accurate and the prices were competitive. The delivery was fast, less than a week. I ordered six cases; two of them broke open. There was no harm to the product, so no problem. I plan to buy more bags from Zerbee when we use these up.”

“I attempted to order two products that were no longer available. An account manager, Mike Landers, worked with me to find alternative products that met the same or higher quality standards as the original products. In the case of one product, we found a perfect match. In the case of the second item, I was unsure; as a result, Mike suggested that I try a limited number to ascertain whether or not it would meet my needs. As it turned out, the suggested item was a perfect match. In the words of the Terminator, "I'll be back." Thanks for a job well done!”
