“Purchasing for an educational institution my order had to be tax-exempt. When I actually submitted my order, the receipt showed tax. I contacted customer support and she immediately corrected my account and adjusted cost. Great service”

“First time customer. \nI ordered some special notebooks that my daughter was interested in for college. Found them at Zerbee for the lowest price. I could not believe how quickly they came! The quality of the notebooks was excellent. I would definitely order from Zerbee again.”

“I ordered two desks which arrived quickly by truck. The driver delivered them inside and was very professional. The price of the same desk was significantly more thru other web sites and they charged for delivery.\nThe web site was very easy to use. I did call Zerbee with a question and it was answered efficiently and professionally.”

“I am a die-hard candy-holic. I ordered a two-pound tub of hard candy from Zerbee earlier this year and was delighted to find a five pound bag, reasonably priced to refill my tub two and a half times. \n\nI ordered this item on a Thursday afternoon and received it the next day. Wow! I'm impressed! I'm sure l will be back for more.\n\nI have been satisfied with both products and prices, not to forget Zerbee's customer service. I am happy to be their customer.”

“The only issue i encountered with your company was the packaging. It was not professionally packaged at all. The product leaked out as well. The lids on certain products especially cleaning products should be clear wrapped and secured. Other than that customer service was great. When I called to report the incident, the representative Ryan was very attentive to my complaint. And immediately replaced the items.”
