“I appreciate the prompt delivery, really impressive service and logistics. I would like to offer a suggestion with respect to shipping. I received three or four packages from different locations to complete my relatively small order. Since I did not need to have these items in hand for a few weeks, I would have selected a "ship them in one package when everything is in stock" option if it was offered. In some ways I feel that the pile of cardboard I now have and the two or three separate trucks that brought them was a bit of a waste. Everything I ordered could have fit in any one of the boxes you sent me. If you could guarantee delivery in five business days and reduce the shipping "footprint" I would be fine with that in most instances, and have less cardboard to deal with.”
