“Tried this website for the first time and I am not dissapointed! Wonderful pricing on all regular and hard to locate items, reached out to customer service for some concerns and recieved fast, excellent service. I purchased the items and received them the next day! Will defiantly purchase from Zerbee again!”

“All excellent, price, speed of shipping. If I had to have something to notice it is that shipping tracking covered only the order portion shipped from Zerbee and not third party drop shipper. Not a problem, just the only thing I could think of. rr”

“This was my first purchase with Zerbee and I was impressed with the overall purchase. I made a mistake on the "ship to" portion of the order and left it the same as the billing address. I had to get in touch with their customer service department and the young lady that answered was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She made the corrections to my shipping info and I was able to verify it online. The merchandise arrived sooner than expected, it was packaged well, the contents were exact replicas of what I had seen online, coloring and all. This was an excellent experience. I will be shopping more with Zerbee. Thank you for the great customer experience! :)”

“The ordering and the receiving of my order was very quick, although the item came in wrong (this was not Zerbee's fault, manufacturer supplied wrong photo and info for their catalog) their Customer Service "Sarah" was phenomenal. (Thank you ***). she followed through on every detail and made the return process which can be a frustrating experience...pleasant. I would order from them again and will, if I find the need for any products they sell.”
