“The order was easy to put through.\n\nThe item itself, the Pilot Rolling Ball fine point pen, is the only pen I will use. Clear, sharp, readable and doesn't fade. \n\nThe pens arrived sooner than expected and in excellent condition. I was very pleased with the item, the ease of transaction and the fast delivery.”

“The shipment arrived very quickly and everything was there. My one complaint is that I called customer service for assistance and they never returned my call. I needed info on one of the products I was ordering and ended up ordering the wrong thing. It's not worth it to ship it back. However, their prices are good so I will order from them again.”
