“I did an internet search for a staple cartridge for an electric stapler. I found the best price on Zerbee.com and they processed my order quickly. The stapler was out of commission until the staples arrived. Their website was easy to use and we received our order promptly as promised.”

“Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed shopping through Zerbee.I received most of my order faster than expected and was able to order many less common items not found in stores (or even ***) at a great price.\n\nOne improvement that could be made would be the online tracking of orders. Often, the online status did not correlate to what I expected to receive on my doorstep. For example, I received pens the first day, but they were still "unshipped" online. In addition, a "delivered" status could be added to the online tracking system. Both of these suggestions could help protect against the worry of wrong orders or missing/stolen packages, which affects both buyer and seller. \n\n\n\n\n\n”
