“Wrong vehicle sent, no alternative offered. was told "we'd have to find alternative transport ourselves!" And still they refuse to arrange a refund!!! - DO NOT USE!!!!”

“Have used Ziptransfers many times in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Canary Islands and now in Kraków. Excellent 1st class service, driver waiting at airport, Return pick up driver was on time no waiting. Have recommended Ziptransfers to many family and friends and will definitely use them again.”
