“on arrival ye were on time and waiting with our names on a card and we were delighted with the service, however just 2 hours before we were to be collected to go home ye rang to say ye had no one to collect us. I normally dont answer a strange number but im glad i did or we might have been late for our flight, this really let this service down. I did receive a refund after returning home which i am delighted with, but i was lucky enough to have extra money with me to pay for another taxi at the time. In future i would be very reluctant to try this company again.”

“Drivers were waiting at airport and hotel for both journeys, and the return driver actually asked to see our passports, just checking that we had them with us, before travelling to the airport. Great touch and great service.”

“Very good price, cheaper than Hoppa who I have used before. The car was a bit grotty and I did expect something a little nicer so I assume, like everything else, you get what you pay for. We are using Zip for our next trip to Gran Canaria so it will be interesting to see if the car we had in Sicily was a one off or the general standard. Driver was very pleasant and helpful and we have no complaints whatsoever.”

“We had a very pleasant and safe journey from and to the airport the drivers where punctual and friendy and helpful . Only thing was that a baby seat was not available on the journey from the airport to the resort as we had requested and payed for . But the service was very good . And will use again in the future.”
