“Did not meet us on arrival in Amsterdam. Took 20 minutes and 4 phone calls to track down the driver. All other aspects were fine but the fact we had to “chase-up” the driver when I was expecting to be greeted was a disappointment.”

“Our driver was very nice. One of the girls left her bag on the bus. We rang Zip transfers and within 10 mins the driver was back. We would definitely use them again. Both transfers were collected and picked up on time.”
