“as i stated in a previous email i was expecting to be taken to the hotel in a car - instead i was taken in a very uncomfortable mini bus we also had to wait over 15 mins for a vehicle at the airport”

“The transfer was pleasant. We had to wait much time for our luggages at the airport but the driver was calmly waiting for us outside of the airport. He was very communicative and outgoing.”

“Our flight to Tenerife was delayed for 3 hours but when we eventually arrived, the driver was there waiting for us. The hotel pickup for the return journey was also very efficient with the driver waiting for us just outside the reception. The only criticism was that on both occasions we were not sent a car as I had expected, but a 16 seater minibus.... Although we were the only passengers Not a problem, just a bit unexpected.”
