“No one to meet me at airport. Had to phone the emergency number then directed to an office in the airport. From there an agent simply commandeered a taxi on the rank. Poor service.”

“as i stated in a previous email i was expecting to be taken to the hotel in a car - instead i was taken in a very uncomfortable mini bus we also had to wait over 15 mins for a vehicle at the airport”

“The transfer was pleasant. We had to wait much time for our luggages at the airport but the driver was calmly waiting for us outside of the airport. He was very communicative and outgoing.”
