“There was a problem when we arrived as there was no one waiting to greet us. After half an hour and having spoken to a gentleman who was not our contact he phoned your company and was given authority to take us to our destination.”

“Generally good but at our arrival at Tenerife South airport there was no indication where to meet our driver. I was advised there would be a person holding a sheet with our name. This was not the case and I had to ask numerous holiday reps and other taxi drivers where the Zip drivers were located. Apart from that everything else was good & our return collection from our apartment was on time. I would be happy to use Zip in the future.”

“I always use this company whatever country I am in and always on time if not early. Easy to contact, great customer service no hassle and polite friendly drivers, even when sometimes not much English spoken. Totally recommend and will use time and time again. Very happy and deserves 5 stars”
