“The driver was waiting for us at the airport, with his sign, exactly where they said he would be, and on the return he was waiting 5 minute early meaning we were through check in and security at the airport 15 minutes after our scheduled pick up time. An excellent service.”

“I had to call the driver at the airport who told me I need to meet him at departures rather than arrivals which meant we had to search through the airport for the exit he was at. On departure from the hotel the driver was late so I needed to make a number of calls to see where he was, there was no communication from you to let me know about the delay. The drivers were friendly and once we were in the taxi the journeys were fine.”

“Used ZIP to go from airport in Lanzarote to Playa Blanca with 3 children under 3. Trip out worked well but on the return trip the driver showed up with on 1 baby seat. He didn’t believe we had booked and Pre payed for 3 child seats until I produced the printed receipt. Then followed a conversation with a manager on the phone which can be summed up by ‘ sorry but we can’t help you’. We had to take the transfer without the seats as otherwise we would miss our flight. So far there has been no attempt by the company to make amends or reimburse us, at least for the child seats we paid for but did not get. Unprofessional, unsafe and illegal.”
