“First time we have used Zip transfers, normally Viva. Both journeys went very smoothly and lovely plush vehicles. Would definitely recommend.”

“There was a problem when we arrived as there was no one waiting to greet us. After half an hour and having spoken to a gentleman who was not our contact he phoned your company and was given authority to take us to our destination.”

“I have used Zip on several occasions worldwide and the service has always been excellent even following last minute changes to my itinerary. Highly recommended for a stress free start to your trip at very reasonable prices. This trip was no exception.”

“Generally good but at our arrival at Tenerife South airport there was no indication where to meet our driver. I was advised there would be a person holding a sheet with our name. This was not the case and I had to ask numerous holiday reps and other taxi drivers where the Zip drivers were located. Apart from that everything else was good & our return collection from our apartment was on time. I would be happy to use Zip in the future.”
