“We booked Zip transfers from Lanzarote Airport to hotel in Los Pocollos. The driver was waiting on the arrivals hall clearly showing my name. The greeting was warm and friendly and she helped with taking the cases to the awaiting vehicle. This is was a minibus even though there was only 2 of us. The minibus was clean and a comfortable ride to the hotel where again the driver helped unload the cases. I would have no hesitation using Zip Transfer again.”

“A great service, easy to book, always on time, great drivers. Unfortunately, we continuously experience some sort of technical difficulty with receiving the confirmation of our booking and must follow-up with your representative to manually send it to us. It's not a big problem, just a bit annoying that our confirmation must always be sent to us manually.”

“It is stressful when you travel abroad and hoping your transfer booking turns up, I have had it when they have not due to lack of drivers. Was so good to see the Ziptransfer guy waiting there for us to take us to our holiday destination. Another great thing was to see him for our return journey, he was a little late due to bad weather on roads, this was told to us my text one hour before. We will book again for next trip.”

“We always use Zip transfers. Easy to book on line. Punctual, smart drivers in immaculate vehicles. Last used in Gran Canaria in January 24 and received first class service as usual.”
