“Excellent service. My flight was delayed and as I was flying alone I was concerned if transfer could wait! But yes my transfer was there waiting. The driver was a pleasant gentleman. Will use this company again😊”

“Very good service for both transfers from and to Berlin Brandenburg Airport. On both occasions our drivers were a few minutes late owing to traffic etc but both kept in touch via phone messages. Overall a very efficient service and a good experience.”

“We were very pleased with the service we had. Driver arrived on time for both arrival & departure pick ups. We were met at the airport by driver with a sign & went immediately to the taxi, no hanging around. We've used Zip before & would recommend.”

“Service was great. Although I had to call then as they were half an hour late collecting us due to an accident. It would have been nice for them to call me and reassure me they were on their way, as I was getting a bit stressed about getting to airport. But good overall”
