“Excellent service again from malaga Airport to benalmadena. Luxurious vehicle first pick up. Driver very smart and courteous. Taxi on return to airport but it was 4.40am!! Driver was still on time and pleasant. Always have had great service. Thank you.”

“Service was excellent but overpriced. I was charged double by Zip Transfers on collection from Reus Airport at the start of my holiday to what I was charged by the taxi company that dropped me back to Reus Airport after my airport for the exact same service.”

“I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The car I ordered did not arrive and instead a taxi was sent which had no car seat for my infant son (even though I had booked and pre-paid for a car seat with Zip). I made a complaint and only received €6.00 in compensation despite paying for a service that was only 50% provided. Won't be using them again.”
